Iris is the owner of Song Dog Studios in the beautiful Carmel Valley, California. Specializing in intentional handpoke tattoos, Iris’s work is deeply influenced by her love of nature and ornamental design.

Drawing inspiration from the landscapes of the Monterey Peninsula, where she grew up, she channels the beauty of the natural world into each tattoo. Iris’s designs often feature symbolic representations of portals and energy, as well as her signature depictions of snakes, which embody themes of transformation and rebirth.
