NOW OFFERING WEEKLY NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET SESSIONS

This is the space to schedule time for our work together — whether through creative coaching, somatic facilitation, or a combination of both.

Each session is a guided experience tailored to you. Sometimes that means body-based somatic practices to help you reconnect with clarity and presence. Other times it looks like creative strategy, visioning, or coaching support. Often, it’s a blend of both.

Sessions are designed to meet you where you are and support you in moving forward with greater alignment in your voice, work, and identity. Length varies between 45–75 minutes, depending on what arises in your process.

All sessions are held online via Zoom for your ease and accessibility.

After booking, you’ll receive a short intake form to share your intentions and help me prepare for our time together.

Somatic Facilitation Session

A 45–75 minute guided experience that brings you back into the body. Using breathwork, presence practices, and somatic awareness, we’ll explore what arises in the moment to create release, clarity, and deeper embodiment.

Creative Coaching Session

A 45–75 minute session focused on clarity, direction, and aligned action in your creative work or business. Together we’ll map vision, refine strategy, and uncover the next steps that support your authentic expression.

Blended Session

A 45–75 minute session weaving together somatic facilitation and creative coaching. This is a supportive container for both grounding into your body and moving forward with aligned creative or business visioning.
