The Weekly Nervous System Reset Sessions are here as a simple, consistent way to return home to yourself. Think of it as your weekly pause button: a place to soften, breathe, and allow your body to reset.

What Happens in a Session

Each session is designed as a guided somatic journey — no two are ever exactly the same, but the rhythm feels familiar and safe:

  1. Arrival + Grounding (5–10 min)
    Gentle breathwork and presence practices to help you land.

  2. Guided Somatic Journey (20–25 min)
    A blend of breath, body awareness, visualization, and subtle movement that helps your system unwind tension and recalibrate.

  3. Integration Practice (10–15 min)
    A journaling prompt, light stretching, or simple movement sequence to anchor what arose.

  4. Optional Sharing + Closing (10–15 min)
    Space to speak your experience or simply witness others before we close with presence and gratitude.

You’ll leave with more space in your breath, more ease in your body, and more capacity to meet life.

No prior somatic or meditation experience is required. Just bring yourself, as you are.

Online & In-Person Options

  • Online (Zoom):
    Join live from anywhere, or watch the replay (available for 7 days).
    Sessions are 60 minutes.

  • In-Person (Song Dog Studios, Carmel Valley, CA):

    Mondays 6:30-7:45pm
    Gather in circle, share tea, and move together in presence.
    Sessions are 75 minutes and include tea, journals, and community care.
